Most systems charge per user, so every contractor and every carer you add costs more. That pushes people out of the system and the record goes with them.
- One price per site per year, with no per user fees and no charge for the people in the field.
- Volume pricing for larger portfolios is built in, so nobody negotiates from zero.
- The price is agreed in writing before you sign, with any annual increase capped and stated up front.

Nothing that keeps people safe or a site compliant is held back for a higher tier.
- Work orders, the asset register, planned maintenance and reactive work.
- The compliance register, statutory schedules and the evidence behind them.
- The field app on any phone or tablet, with offline capture.
- Permits, isolations, hazards and contractor checks.
- The staff request portal, hosting in Sydney, backups, security patching and every product update.
Quoted separately, never hidden in the headline
Some work depends on your estate, so we price it as a fixed fee you can see before you sign.
- Implementation and data migration, as a fixed fee.
- Physical asset capture on site, only if you want it.
- Integrations with finance, safety and building systems, as connectors with a fixed setup fee rather than open ended builds.
- Extra support or training days, by the day.
Start with one site
We are taking a small number of founding design partners. One site for ninety days, with no setup fee and no pilot fee. The price after the ninety days is agreed in writing before day one, so there is no renegotiation at the end. In return we ask for a named lead, three agreed success measures and thirty minutes a fortnight. Places are limited.
